what are the "artist" version of cd markers?

I need a spectrum of colors with this fine point and that "lucid indeleble" (have to draw on plastic)

About reference, i'm using it for exercises

but when i'm actually drawing, if i use reference i get out from the flow and can't draw shit

I HATE when my eyes get far better than my skills...

I see all the errors and don't know/have the hand to fix them

and just get demotivated...
