the left arm looks broken, the knees are too low and the neck turns too much. if you will make the little kid a bit fatter he will look cuter (the smaller a child is the chubbier he is)

about that face, i think that this >>1981157 looks much better with its angles then this, i don't like smooth lines. (but obviously the decision is up to you) the mouth is good, the nose is fine, the eye lashes are connected with the rest of the skin and therefor you don't need a line above them. the eyebrows look a bit too big and the neck (?) is pretty bad.
