That's better although "water 165 resist" doesn't really make sense. I'd just stick with saying 165 feet or 165 meters or 165 atm.
Also I would literally kill myself befor wearing an armitron.

I don't know much about illustrator but I think the reason it looks flat is because all of your shading is side-to-side, I think it would ad depth if your shading followed the contours of the object i.e in a circle around the bezel etc.

no problem, I dig watches. Here's what I'm talking about with the complication: If a watch has three complications like yours does they are usually put at the 3, 6 and 9 o' clock positions like pic related. there's no reason it can't be done the way you have it, it just usually isn't.

There's hardly ever a complication at the 12 o' clock. it should be at 6.
you have a gap in the case on the left side but now crown.
You don't have any buttons to set the date
the month indicator doesn't sweep, it moves one whole place once per month. even if it did, it wouldn't make sense for it to be in between months since it shows it being the 1st of the month.
