Seriously, when I draw to it as background noise, it makes me want to get better at what I do, put in more passion, be willing to change, etc.

There's something so genuine about Gordon Ramsay that makes me want to be happier and better at what I do. This goes for when I cook for myself, too.

Isn't Disney supposed to be to artists what NASA is to scientists, Harvard is to overachievers and what Hollywood is to actors? I've heard that there's a backlog of tens of thousands of pending or unopened artist portfolios where the execs only pick the best of the best.
