Hello Captain, I am pleased that my patience has been rewarded.

A collage of stuff I have done (pic related). I am quite aware of the flaws, but if you or anyone else would like to point them out I am all ears. I haven't drawn more than doodles in a while.

My goals are to be a proficient draughtsman, able to conceive of an idea and take it from that conception to a finished product. I want to understand light. I want to be able to manipulate shapes IN MY MIND and understand how to translate what I see from observation and in my imagination into a two dimensional image. To this end I have done mostly master studies and bit of anatomy studies. At the very end of this I would be interested in learning color theory but I feel there is enough on my plate already.

I will post later with a collage of pictures that I find intriguing, inspiring or at a level of skill I would be interested in achieving.

A quick collage of images (pic related) I find interesting, inspirational and close to the level I hope to someday in the distant future achieve. I greatly enjoy the classical styles of the old masters, as well as the more contemporary styles of Frazetta and Moebius. I hope to eventually develop my own sensibilities, but I expect that will come with time as I develop my skills.
