Be specific if you request something: post the cover, book's title, artist's name...
Please be patient, board is slow, someone may answer you a week later.
Please search in the thread and links below before asking for something, it may well already be there.
All MEGA links SHOULD be cloned, they die every time they're posted here.

You should all read "Saisoku (The fastest method)"
Especially, my students and would be students must read it.
This book is the essence of my 15 years of know-how that made me what I am now. I was a really shitty artist when I started.
"More than 80%" of the readers will get better. At least that's my goal of this book.
I want you to try these know-how as they are.

His method is basically copying instead of grinding fundies. Including grid drawing and tracing. Because he is an animator, tracing is naturally one of his daily jobs. Also this book is basically for beginners. And you should watch his youtube and niconico videos along with the book. He explains each chapter thoroughly in the videos. They are useful af.

Most of his drawings are done with the express purpose of teaching how to control angles, which is really one of the most difficult things about imaginative drawing, and what gives most frustration to students. He's demonstrating as many element as possible through process and logic, rather than unfathomable and unlearnable chance/randomness. For left-brained people, this kind of instruction is much easier to swallow than "feel the figure." More importantly, it's consistent and repeatable.

If one were to loosely trace over his drawings, but with the corners rounded out and some additional stylistic flourishes, the results would be quite appealing.

People don't see the value when YOU'RE being entitled for FUCKING PIRATING STUFF. You want an award or something? That's literally committing a crime, and yet you want prestige for it lol It's easy to hide behind an anon tag and talk about how glorious your crusade and hard life scavenging rare books are when you can't prove none of it. Everybody knows 4chan is full of people who like to tell fantasies like they are truth, i mean this was created here. So, this is the last place to throw that straw hat argument of yours.

On another note, all this discussion started because YOU got sensitive about a book you didn't even share! A book that you say it's very easy to get, but people who actually got the fucking book kept inventing excuses to not scan it, and then when said book parachutes here you think you can point fingers? Like, what fucking right do you have to say anything? And you use the same book as an fucking example? Are you retarded?

I'm also unable to understand people who accuse others of having nothing better to do whenever they are on a discussion. Writing and posting aren't rocket science for fucks sake, it takes 5 minutes. What if i'm in a place with a different timezone? YOU are so entitled and your arguments make as much sense as you sensitiviness. I never said that an supernatural force is uploading those books, i said i don't believe you upload any of it. Of course i'm thankful to the guys who actually do.

Funny how you used the word "someone", as singular. It says a lot about you. So now you're the only one who uploads stuff? And you, the guy who've been uploading for so long got annoyed by a comment that didn't even have anything to do with what you actually been doing, and said that you were becoming hesitant because of that same innofensive comment? Also, how the fuck does using Framed Perspective as an example reforces your argument? Look how retarded you sound:

First: This is a fucking sharing thread. People who got money to buy books, doesn't matter how cheap or how expensive don't come here unless they want to request or share something.
Second: Didn't you got mad at the guy for calling some other anon greedy for wanting Vol 1 for free even though he already got the second by chance? Now you say that it's cheap and he should stop complaining and go get it, the problem is that by doing that you're going against what you said in the first place! What is your fucking problem?

None of what you say makes sense, that's why i don't believe what you're saying. You may call me a ungrateful bastard but the reason you came out of your hole doesn't have anything to do with it. Stop fucking lying.

Good lord.

I made the original comment because using the word "greed" when people are getting shit for free is silly. Just buy the damn thing, it's not like there's only one copy of it in existence.

Obviously the mega archives are a contribution of many people across a number of years.

Don't know anything about Vol 1, like I said FP is an example.

You can keep calling people who contribute liars if it makes you feel better. Again, the wall of text screams entitlement.

The wall of text doesn't scream nothing, it's just text. And no, it's not silly to use the word greed even when people are getting stuff for free, at least not if you know what it actually means. You just got something you weren't suposed to get, and yet you want more even though there are alternatives in this same thread. He doesn't NEED volume 1, he's just wants it to make his collection of scans bigger. That's greed. Not saying the guy is wrong or anything, but the word fits the context. Again, nothing for you to be mad about here.

Why does a guy calling other greedy makes you feel hesitant about uploading anyway? You butted into a discussion that had nothing to do with you, said you would not share highly requested stuff anymore because of it (and the guy you criticized didn't even said he wanted the book in the first place) and i'm the entitled one? Do you even know what entitlement means? It's you who is demanding gratitude, i'm just calling you out on your bullshit. And why keep announcing that you have a bunch of books that are difficult to find? That you're going to stop scanning like we're suposed to feel bad for making you mad? Because you are desperate for attention, that's why. And i will stop giving it to a liar after this post.

So on this site that sells HD photos of people for architecture mockups or sth, if you click on the individual products you can download a PDF catalog of images. Basically PDFs of basic poses with various themes - business, sport, pool/beach, casual, etc. Good pose reference I guess. sooo, I have some good news and bad news.
the good news is that the book is in fact Alla Prima II.
The bad news is that all of the paintings look like pic related. I believe it can be fixed so I'll see what I can do about it.
