Show me an emotional piece, character, story you've personally come up with or seen. Years of social isolation, hedonism and cynicism have completely numbed me from feeling any particular emotion. Make me feel once again. Move me, and the other anons browsing this thread, with a touching piece, character, story. I beg you.

Men aren't supposed to have any feelings. You've been brainwashed by Hollywood into being soft and thinking that being soft is a virtue rather than a weakness. Men are logical creatures, uncaring, ruthless, tough.

You're only half right. The Hollywood-pushed emasculation of men is a real thing, but that doesn't mean men should be completely uncaring. Men are supposed to care about their families and their nations.

To add to that, I'd say that a man is only able to feel hungry, horny, angry.

This. Christ is the final answer. A piece could only help show you beauty in the world but not to heal you fully.

I can post something but people will probably cringe from it so I don't know.
If you want to feel again, get a kitchensafe, put an iphone on screentime with a passcode set up by someone you trust including parental controls so you cannot bypass it and set the limits to stop frying your brain so much. You can set one phone to have absolutely necessary things on it and the other to have a time limit that makes sure you can go to bed on time. If you can use the kitchensafe to lock the phone that has more access, even for days.
Getting rid of junk from diet and making sure you are at a healthy weight also helps. Just look for what is actually nutritious by nutrient content and what is needed for proper nutrient absorption.

There are two types of the unfeeling man. One is the stoic who is grounded and doesn't get phased by petty matters and is not hysterionic. Then there is the second type being referenced by OP that has his dopamine receptors fried, has grown apathetic and nothing gives him joy. They rape his mother in front of him and he feels nothing. That is what he is talking about. Not all unfeeling is alike.
Hollywood can't change the fundamental nature of men which is actually the thing that is happening i.e. generationally-passed-down-bad-nutrition (= deformities), microplastics, endocrine disruptors. Culture is just there to normalize and let people signal how they feel and make it socially acceptable. What matters is what is actually under the hood, because that sets precedent.

That's a caricature.
