How do you feel about having a muse?
This girl in the pic is a life model at one of the studios I go to. I find her absolutely stunning. When I stare at the contours of her body I am almost in a trance. My eyes are so drawn to her I feel as though I am taking in more information than I would an average person. I am truly inspired by her beauty.

Of course I think about having sex with her. But when I fantasize about her I'm not imaging penetrating her, but caressing her body with my hands, feeling every supple curve with my mouth. Analyzing the forms of her body like an architect examines an ancient Roman temple. In a way, drawing her is a more sensual experience than I think fucking her would be. I honestly think if I ever did fuck her it might spoil the experience of drawing her. To serve as a muse, I think perhaps she must remain just ever so out of reach.

Are there any historical examples of artist that fell in love with their muses, but never crossed the line into being physical?

Why have a muse if you're not going to fuck them? You don't even have to be good to fuck your muse. Picrel.

This is enough to go on. It's an interesting premise. Let's assume you don't exclusively draw (trace/copy) Japanese cartoons and make actual art. Does it affect your perspective to fall in love with your subject? Does your emotional distance translate into how it affects what you put onto the page? Can you FEEL the distant desire, the butterflies when the artist looks at her? Beyond the lust, can the person viewing the work pick up on, for example, the artist's hesitance, lack of confidence, loneliness, etc.?
It's a lot more interesting and potentially more useful than a lot of other shit posted on this board.

It would be even better if OP posted something to critique.
OP, you mentioned the muse being more useful if she's out of reach. Can you say how that's affected your art? Can you show us some examples? Maybe you can reflect on it before your next meeting with her.

The idea I'm getting at is that when making love to a woman, esp the first time, I really want to take in her body and get to know every inch of it. When drawing the figure, you're kind of doing the same thing. Since I'm attracted to the person I'm drawing, I am sort of making love to them with my eyes (eye-fucking if you want to be crass). This really gets me into a flow state. I wouldn't say there is a huge difference in the quality of my drawing, but it does get me to try my hardest.

But like most guys, once I've been with a girl a few times, the mystery wears off, and the initial desire is diminished. By never crossing that line, my desire will remain, and so will the inspiration she gives me.

I don't think it's creepy, but do you not think about anything else besides wanting to fuck her when you look at her? Maybe I'm just a romantic, but especially when I was younger I remember feeling all kinds of things looking at a captivating woman. A lot more goes on than just "this woman has a fit body," I'm talking about the grace and charm, the depth of a woman you can see hinted at just from how she moves about, the things going on behind her eyes and smile. Do you really desire her, is she really your muse, or do you just want to have sex with her?
>>7289467
Like this anon is saying. The latter is much less interesting. But maybe you're not comfortable enough to be vulnerable and admit those kinds of thoughts.

>> No.7289490

>> No.7289491

>>7289490
Okay, good. Go on. What else? What about more than "sexy?" Are there other feelings there? People don't like to admit it especially nowadays, but it's not exactly uncommon to start having those thoughts like "I wonder what our kids would look like." It's only unhealthy if you lack the kind of self-awareness to pull yourself out of that and realize that you're just fantasizing, and that it isn't the basis for an actually healthy relationship. Still normal, though.
The vulnerability in something like that can be expressed through art, and that makes it way more interesting than "hot girl I want to bone."
Can you try painting her in a way that conveys that?

>> No.7289500

>>7289491
I feel like we wouldn't actually make a good couple. She's younger, and has a kind of hip / edgy vibe to her. I'm making assumptions though since I've never really talked to her on a personal level. It definitely a superficial attraction. She is a natural model though, she gives really good dynamic poses, so I know she has a sense rhythm and grace a lot of models lack.

>Can you try painting her in a way that conveys that?
I'm not really sure what that would look like.

>> No.7289504

>>7289500
Maybe I read too much into your original post, it seemed like there was a little more depth than "this model is hot and I want to fuck her." When I think of someone's muse, I think of someone you're actually inspired by. I wasn't trying to put thoughts into your head, but does she not inspire you in any way beyond being physically attractive? You can see that she's graceful, and has an edgy vibe. What does it make you feel?
>I'm not really sure what that would look like.
It doesn't have to be overt. If you're trying to express something beyond a technical recreation of what you see, how might you do that? Color, lighting. Art with "soul" can convey the view of the artist, or allow the viewer to project their own feeling onto it.
If she's your muse, doesn't she inspire you to make something that says something beyond "this girl is sexy?"

I think sometimes people are heavily discouraged from actually feeling things, driven away from their passions out of fear of being judged (as many in this thread would do). You may very well be right, but it could also be that they just aren't comfortable exploring that stuff yet. I want to believe OP is capable of more complex thought because he probably is. It could be that he just isn't letting himself feel those things.
Maybe he can make some art reflecting on THAT. It CAN be that deep if he wants it to.
OP, do you have the balls to do that? That kind of thing is what separates great art from simply visually interesting images.

The dick will use anything to get you to procreate even give you delusions, filling your head up with fantasies of what can be. This happens to me all the time when I find a girl I want to draw because I find them interesting. I almost fell in love with one girl and she was not very attractive, I found features on her face quite unique and she wouldn't give me a picture or time to draw her (she did give me a handjob which was really weird) after being separated for a while I realized I wasn't in love or even infatuated I wanted to draw her but I'm terrible at remembering faces so I used most of my time studying her face when we were around which if you look and think about a person for a long time you mind tends to think you're in love. As artists we love to romanticize/mysticize these feelings but it can hurt us in the long run if we aren't realistic about what's happening.

I Don’t recommend trying that. It’s probably of some value to learn as a man your life does indeed revolve around one woman, just don’t be surprised that hers doesn’t revolve around you.

A memory of someone who was ultimately unattainable will at best be melancholy and realistic, and at worst overly sentimental or vulgar. Both of the latter are much more common. Especially as their memory fades away the fight to remember them becomes near impossible when your memories of them are more of your fantasies of what didn’t come to pass than what actually happened. Separating fact from fiction becomes more and more difficult, and when all you have as evidence of your relationship is old artwork they modeled for it because even more blurry and unclear.

And the pain of knowing they felt literally no level of connection to you as the most random hookup they’ve had, no matter how hard you work or inspired your art of them becomes. It’s so painfully pointless, but maybe that’s how you become a great artist. Who cares?

In fact, that is a very plain body, her only merit is not being overweight. She's not even slim, if you're not slim, it's expected that you at least offer some voluptuousness in return.

OP is clearly an Amerishart who gets fascinated every time someone isn't 200kg heavy.

Anyway, OP's childish, but women can be waaay more troubling that him. Just recently, I've found an association of Japanese rope bondage thing via a woman posing for a local art group.

You'd see public pictures, on Instagram, of a bunch of women, and what seems to be a gay guy, in a creepily lit room, roping each other. Not naked, apparently just learning how to do the knot and shiet.

Also, porn actresses are real women. As hard to conceive as it can be, they're at least someone's daughter, and some of them decide to do some real crazy weird shit for a living.

I am pretty sure she is a woman because of their pelvis, trannie can't fake the woman's pelvis.

Lmao the humor never ends, look at her pelvic, trannies can't fake the hip. Too bad she's not active on social. I once drew and painted 30 days straight because of her and pewds. What a fun time. Almost made it felt like I wasn't doing it alone, art is such a lonely journey. Going into the fray and face the unknown.

I think she has a hairy boyfriend named Matthew or orange Jesus. They shared room together. I will assume they are sleeping together, but who knows. Maybe he's gay and they are just friend. So don't kys over pixels, don't be retarded.

by his own admission he had a bf in the past (>>7299757) but afaik he's never talked about it at any point in his instagram posts or in his YouTube videos. I mean, he had a video saying that he's lonely, so perhaps they broke up, but he could simply be talking about something in addition to his romantic relationship. don't see why it matters either way, as he'd never be with you, anon.

Is it just a meme that she's a guy? I just watched one of this person's video and she doesn't have that gross tranny voice that mtf do. She just sounds like a woman.
