He was the first character, because I saw some anime movie that somehow aired on a New York City TV station in the late1970s, and the transformed servants of the trapped princess were anthromorph mice,and I liked them well enough to want to tell stories about them. He lost the eye shadow very quickly, but he's much the same from here a Cerebus topknot of hair,the small fangs and the outfit.

I was digging through my box of adolescent angst and I have lots of stuff to embarrass myself with. Let's start with this:

I started playing Dungeons and Dragons with a hippy-esque couple when I was 15,so this was a self insertion, along with some characters that I made up even earlier for sci fi comics. The guy with the curls and fangs was modeled on some Micronauts villain, and his brain glowed in the dark. I am not sure if I have the story correctly linear, but I will post them as I see.

Character designs of roaming band of entertainers, from when I was 12 and later at 17 or so. They exist in my present writing as a disguised resistance movement that was active during the anthromorph revolution, but after a decade of its end,now struggle to find a purpose in the peace left behind.
