The front legs are still angled too far back. They need go almost straight down. And push the hind hooves slightly farther back while you're at it, but just slightly. Sorry for the silliness in picrel, it's the only decent horse drawing I have.

You can apply this to any mammal.
Use reference.
Study the skeleton and visible muscle structure, simplify the shapes. (cubes, cylinders, spheres, etc.)
Construct the animal with any method you feel comfortable with, keep it loose.
Draw 3 different poses from refence and then 1 from imagination.
Isolate problem areas into their own studies. If you have trouble with front legs, draw those.
Keep drawing with purpose.
