Looks fine. nice little touch of shading, I like that. ear is a bit funny, room for improvement. I'd draw 50 ears from reference(photos and drawings) and 50 from imagination(alternating or groups of 5 or such)

they are a little wonky. the pupils should be dead center in the iris, not at the bottom. the highlight should be the same size in both eyes. the upper eyelid slopes down on the rightmost eye, but is almost straight on the left one. some of the line weight is a bit lumpy on the lower lid.
