I'd guess it was a copy/study, not an original work done from imagination.
It's normal to learn how to copy what one sees fairly quickly.

It's also normal (or at least common) to lie when making those types of posts: she didn't spend nearly as much time and effort on the first drawing as she did on the other, perhaps purposefully choosing one of her worse sketches. It's a false comparison.
