Sorry nigga but you ain't getting textures like this in digital, go pick up a pot of indian ink, a cheap calligraphy brush, a fat permanent marker, and start grinding those trad skills. Not being a purist, just being real with you.
Physical inking is easier than you think and you'll be very, very satisfied with the results.

Photoshop lacks this kind of a brush engine. You can't have your lines thicken or thin based on the speed of your strokes, which is a crucial tool for creating those thin stroke endings.
Try Clip Studio Paint for that.

CSP, G-pen tools, look for thicker ones in the store if needed, set brush opacity to 60-70%, grayscale layer.

Does photoshop finally have a modifier that affects the thicknes of lines based on the speed of your strokes, my dear frustrated friend?

I thought you were just a frustrated troll, but it seems you actually don't understand what I'm talking about?
Did you ever use CSP and customized your own brushes?
There's an option Photoshop doesn't have. At least not that I'm aware of.

The velocity modifier gives you much more natural looking brushes for doing lineart and inking.

Hard round and a lot of skill, maybe.
It's not a brush thing. Even if you had a brush that could make strokes that look exactly like that in the right hands, you don't have the right hands, because there's only one Roger_Ibáñez_Ugena.

Pure traditional lines cannot be replicated- the anon who’s been talking to you is right. Whenever you draw traditionally there’s always ink bleed and paper texture and even if monotone, different shades of black/grey due to overlaying thickness of the ink.

I never said this isn't the case. I wasn't talking about it perfectly replicating traditional media, but making it look more like traditional media.

At the time when I first tried Manga Studio (now CSP), Photoshop just wasn't as good in terms of the feeling of the brush strokes. I know it's just about pressure graphs, but the velicity modifier instantly made the strokes feel much more lifelike, because of the way the paper retains ink or graphite when we do faster or slower strokes. Photoshop was miles behind.
I'm glad they caught up. I wasn't aware of that. And honestly I would first have to try the new versions in order to tell if they actually managed to catch up

This is the default bristle brush in Paint Tool Sai. I'm sure you can find or build your own "rake brush" in Photoshop. It might not be this smooth, but it doesn't have to be. You can paint the majority of your image with a regular brush, then use the rake brush on the edges of your marks later.
I would also caution against thinking the brush will do all the work for you. A lot of those scratches may not be the result of the brush, but deliberately-placed marks with a smaller brush or pen.

Thats what Ive been wanting to avoid. lately, ive gotten to a point of outright drawing the brushstroke instead of having a brush that does it in one stroke. feels like a cheat and less fun.
