It's good for what it is, it's too advanced for most people who try to approach it. You'll get a good way to think about a simplified anatomical schematic for constructing figures, but if your observational drawing isn't up to par it's easy to still have lots of mistakes. Beginners should do the Bargue course block-ins, or just copy your favorite anime shit.
