I've nuked my very first dad account, but my second one is pretty old as well. Here's my "first" dad submission: https://dad.gallery/submissions/22509 , it's from 2018 if you're interested.

Whenever anons talk about dad not being a gallery, it's because someone new is asking if wips are allowed. I've literally never seen someone genuinely whining about dad posting too many finished pieces. If anything, then opposite is true - tierlist makers often grumble about not having enough of them to accurately judge dads.

try your non dominant hand. You only need enough dexterity to write your name. I find the spastic squiggles kind of charming actually.
Sleep with a wrist brace otherwise to help set your tendons etc, I use the Meuller one. Wear it when you're not drawing on bad days.
Adjust the sensitivity settings on digital medium, switch to either soft core or extremely pressure sensitive media for trad.

I've had tendinitis a few times, and wearing a brace has definitely helped. While sleeping, having your wrist in a neutral position helps it heal better. Also doing weights and callisthenics it hasn't really come back or been unmanageable like it has been before. I'd be in pain and need to take breaks for a few weeks, now I might feel stiff and just go light for a few days.
If you use wacom, there is a $30 grip that I'm considering that's had really good recommendations for wrist issues. I use gel grips on my trad tools.

If you strike random notes on a guitar without reason, you'll obviously remain shit.
If you pay attention and notice which notes go well together, you improve creativity and appeal.
If you play existing melodies, you can improve your technical skills.

Drawing and painting are the same.
