>Low poly low res no filters 3D
>Usually saturated colors
>Flat lighting/"Unlit"
>Geometry that's not just perpendicular quads

The world geometry of Mega Man Legends is extremely rectangular but they put extra care into the characters and they came out really nice

There is /3/ for this stuff, but it's nice to occasionally have threads like this, this is still art, and a good application of art skills learned. It's just like pixel or textmode art, in my opinion anyway.

And for those wondering about what programs to try to get into low poly models, try Block Bench ( https://www.blockbench.net/ ) if Blender seems too complex to get into.
I was going to suggest PicoCAD as a nice starting point, but it's no longer free at all? Strange.

Just like you would with any other model in blender, but with less faces? If you haven't used blender before and wanted to give this modeling a go because it seems easier, try the program this post >>6849398 mentioned instead, as blender is a bit of a hassle to get into.

It should still be a good introduction into 3D modeling, if that's what you're trying to do.
