What's the best AI-generated art piece you've seen so far? I just stumbled upon this one and it's unironically great

This one. I coomed on this drawing after using a g-nib to draw it.
You meant Artificial Insemination, right?

Was the checkerboard effect intentional? I will admit that the effect is quite appealing
As for good AI art? Not much has impressed me, though I did quite like the "film stills" for the made up film "Chrome Lords" - I think that shows how useful AI is for helping generate ideas to iterate from, and help give visual direction.

Not him, but I mean, that's kinda the whole thing about it

That's original for sure, I like the idea. But it's not like it's something humans couldn't have thought of doing:the prompt was probably specific in this regard actually

The idea is neat, but would you ever want to look at paintings made this way? It's not necessarily 'nice to look at' for a human.
After 6 months the fad would pass, and then the works would be dated AF.
Also, as it stands AI art is still the result of a computer requiring human programming, so this is something a human thought up, just used a new tool to take the workload off for themself.

That's like saying a human thought of a random number by using a random number generator.

This is an AI bait thread that has nothing to do with artworks or artwork critiques, it doesnt belong in /ic/. Simply report, hide and move on, dont give it a chance.

I mean, the same idea done traditionally could make for an interesting painting that I'd be happy to hang around.

Don't get me wrong, I don't hold AI "art" in high estime, but I can't deny that the idea is original and visually fun.
