It’s so funny to see someone so sack scorched over this. If I were an artist I would definitely gravitate towards comics and graphic novels. I’ve seen like two paintings in my life than I reflect on, and even that is very much a stretch. Nighthawks by Ed Hopper, and some random shit by NC Wyeth. It’s a form of masochism otherwise. People that spend their whole lives producing images that take hours and hours just to be looked at for 5 seconds and never considered again.
