At first I laughed but after reaching to page 30 things started to turn dark when I kept seeing that same creepy o face and couldn't take it anymore when I saw a drawing of a large intestine with that same face. His gallery just keeps going with these same creepy drawings, is this a form of Nip Autism? Anyone care to explain this behavior?

It might just be someone's "exercise" account. Like you draw a line/circle every day or a stick figure or just something quick as a habit. The point is to get the pen in your hand. So when someone from the outside (you) looks at them you think they're mentally unstable when that's not the case.

Uh, why? Follows a follow. You don't need to follow them back, so it's not like your feed is going to be filled with their spam.
Now, if they're being creepy/annoying when interacting with your posts, then it would make sense to block.
But, if you're a small account, you don't have much room to be picky. It makes sense to curate who you follow, but not who follows you.

Also now that I remember, that's exactly what I did in /las/ a few years back. I drew a helpless stickman or sometimes on some days it would be a quick comic. I almost reached 100 days before the website admin seethed at me and banned the account. It wasn't until a year ago I realized I was ahead of my own time and people were practicing such a concept.
