This is one of those things that's true, and most everyone will tell you not to be hard on yourself. But being real this is also the way I see most artists rationalize their procrastination. You'll defeat yourself in the long run unless you develop the discipline needed to work through periods where you really don't feel like it.
If you aspire to be a professional I'm warning you now that every job has a deadline, especially the best jobs. Sometimes you have to just do your best to crash through a mental block and produce something. Time management is a work ethic you need to start developing yesterday. Even if you are the best an art director will not hire you again if you cannot meet deadlines.

You can maybe start with a couple hashtags on each post sign you start, but once you're shadowbanned your stuff will no longer be shown with the rest of the tag content.
The best way to grow is to get retweeted by artists with similar content/style. Try to keep your subject matter and style as recognizable as you can bear. Post regularly. Draw fanart or whatever is trendy

The point of logging in and prompts is to make sure the user understands they are about to view R18 material so that kids and people not wanting to see it don't see it unless they choose. Decent and large site needs ad revenue and big advertisers dont want their product to be associated with questionable content. If you absolutely need to have as little logging in and prompt clicking as possible, E-hentai, R34 and other boorus are your best bet. But different people use different sites so if you want your art to reach those who are into the subject, you need to go where they are already. If you don't have established fan base, viewers ain't gonna jump extra hoops to stumble on your art if they don't even know you exist.

You can't have Pixiv, Twitter and DA combined into one entity without any of the down sides unless you make one yourself and work ungodly amount of time and effort to get people pick it up and even then there's 99,99% chance you fail. So instead, save time and effort by simply posting to already existing sites

Out of the most popular art plataforms, Artstation is the only one that I know doesn't limit viewing to people without accounts so far, of course AS is flooded with AIshit and is not like you get that much exposition as a begginer unlike the other sites, but at least people can easily see your work in a properly organized galery. Best advice is to have a regular social media platform for engagement and have an Artstation or Pixiv as a gallery archive for all your art
