How do you make lines end with a sharp edge?

I don't have a drawing pen nor drawing tablet, just a mouse. How do I make my lines end with a sharp edge on photoshop with only a mouse? I don't have a pen to draw with or a digital drawing board. How do I make the lines end with a sharp edge without having to erase the edges with an eraser? I don't have a digital pen and or drawing plank. How do I make the lines in photoshop end with a thin end? I don't have an electronic hand held device nor 10 wat plastic sheet to connect to my computer. How do I make it to that whenever I use the brush tool in photoshop the like ends with a thin line with opacity on the right and left sides? Also without having to use the pen tool it comes out looking too linear and robotic, I don't want to spend 3 hours making paths to add details to my artwork.

I am in mid commute,so I cannot show you anything. But my version of Photoshop has subsets of tools,and the line tool can be set to make an imaginary line between clicks as if you were selecting something. Once I injured my drawing hand by impaling my palm with a broken bottle, but I was still able to draw with the other using my trackball mouse and a lot of patience.
