Im a game developer who is doing a sfw game intended mostly for pre teens.

At the same time i want to draw H Manga.

The question: Should i use anoter pen-name for my adult content? Do you use the same name for your SFW and NSFW works?

Ordinarily I would say no, but when your primary content is for kids, then I think that's a must. Kids might be dumb, but they're not so dumb as to not know how to google things, and if they enjoy your work, they may well do that.
At best you have a lot of kids stumbling onto your porn, at worst it becomes a PR disaster and essentially kneecaps your work in some way (parents get your work taken off platforms).

So yeah, get a pen-name.

I saw it recently in some streams, it's a proper roguelike. Called red or scarlet something, but if you've got adult options on and search up and coming or be and popular rouge like on steam it's there. Can't remember the exact name but it has lots of gameplay to balance the lewd, and the lewd is pretty good.

That'll essentially still be the same problem, but rather than "you" getting all the problems, the studio will (which is just you essentially).
That will still also cause the problem of children possibly looking up your stuff (the studio) and finding the adult stuff.

I think I get why you want to keep the same name, or work under the same umbrella - so that your adult fans can find all your work, smut and otherwise. I'd recommend working under a different alias for adult stuff, and just link to that on your socials or whatever with clear labeling it's adult content.

It might seem like a small difference since kids can still find it then, but by clearly differentiating the kids stuff and the adult stuff, and separating them in such a way that no one can "stumble" upon your adult content (having to very clearly click a link labeled as adult content), I think you can safely deflect any criticisms then.
You'll still have the problem of kids looking at your smut though, but that'll be a parenting issue then, rather than your own.
