Don't worry about people improving faster than you. Don't worry about those 15 year old kids who can draw like Michelangelo. Don't worry about taking 10 years to do what some people did in 2.

Your value as an artist does not lie in technical skill. It lies in the art you produce. Your value as an artist lies in your productivity. The anon who gets good and produces an amazing oeuvre of illustrations, paintings, animations, manga series, and worldbuilding, is a better artist than the anon who got good and just spams scribbles on twitter all day. The anon who can create memorable stories, lovable characters, and fascinating worlds, is better than the anon who plateaued and lost all drive to create.

The artist who wins is not the one who "got good" first. The artist who wins is the one who keeps drawing. Don't give up, frens, and don't let goyour artistic drive.
