If I had the money, i'd def buy it for around 15-25 dollars! I like the attention to the main center piece with eyes and tongue and how it looks like it can be conceived by ominous emotions. I also like how your strokes for how the teeth look, kinda adds a bit of a sleep paralysis demon feel to it! (・∀・)

It was an eye catching thumbnail, and seeing the full picture, I will say this :

Build on it. With more "stuff",and only you can see what that might be, it would make a cool tshirt design,at least for yourself. I had an Etsy store,and a manufacture-on-demand place called Printful made the tshirts and all you need do is to stuff your imagery into their templates to mass produce your products. I like what I see so far,and you might want to consider redoing it,after some scrap paper design work beforehand to plan it out.
