Are the bones wrong, proportions, too many fingers, the fat and muscle deposits?

I mean if i overlay it i can just see slight position changes, slightly different gesture and more curves, nothing much else.

Do more guick gesture drawing, think about the weight and movement of the entire body as a whole, e.g how the collar bones move and how the fat pads and muscles move, and try to rewatch fundementals in case you missed anything. I don't think the curve of the eyes is as important as getting the perspective of the head right. I think of the skull as a box first and add the curves later. It helps me to work in 3d, it helps avoid the hair piling on in weird ways, and the eye that's closer to the viewer stops melting off the side of the face.
