Who are some artists who draw women in a style sorta similar to pic related? This kind of classic American art style.

It's classic American cartoon style sexy woman, similar to Tex Avery's red riding hood. Animator Preston Blair has some good examples in his animation books.

Well that's just filming a sexy woman dancing, then drawing over the frames you want.

Ralph Bakshi's famous for doing it cheaply. Don Bluth does it better in that you can't see the cracks as much (and that he never focussed on people)

Disney's whole animation arm was driven by this in the golden era, but they were better at hiding it. They more leant towards the reference model, rather than outright tracing like Bakshi.

They used it mainly for reference, but it's still evident in the actual animation (rather than being 100% accurate to the form).

There are some vehicles in 101 Dalmatians that look almost 100% rotoscoped.

Bruce Timm fucking sucks. His entire style looks like it's made to cut corners, because of how flat, simplistic and ugly it is. It's much cheaper to animate something that has no volume or detail, and where everything is made up of very simplistic geometric shapes.
