Which makes the most for faster art improvement/progress between IQ, autistic hard work and general sense of good taste?

You need sovl.
Hard work is a result of sovl.
IQ arguably optional

None od the one you mentioned

Mental Health
Community

just actively thinking about what you're drawing, trying to understand how it works, has worked the best imo
hard work helps but grinding by itself gives very slow progress at some point...

How I see it: to get better, think and understand. To get faster and more efficient, draw more. Taste should not hinder you too much unless you have a god-awful taste, but most likely, your taste is normal.

I remember a Korean artist said: "Given an infinite amount of time, a beginner and professional will each create a drawing with the same quality, the difference will be on how much time it took.", Do you agree or nah?
