how do i start learning drawing for good? i just want to put my favorite characters into a paper and not look like a disaster anymore.

Like other Anons said, learn observation and accuracy so you can know to put your marks where you actually want them to go.
It takes time and patience but it's the best investment you could make. It's the skill all other fundamentals build upon.
If copying Bargue is boring, mix in some simple line drawings of those characters. Draw them upside down instead of that ugly Stravinsky picture. It's all good as long as you're training that accuracy muscle and putting pencil to paper.

drawing is the only thing you can be garbage at your entire life. If you practice cooking, even the worse meal is edible. You don't have to spend years learning how to make an omlette.You can literally do it blind and it'll be passable. Art is not like that, there's shit and great, no in between. That's why its so frustrating.
