Load a 3d model, pose it and trace/add clothes and details over it. That's how the trash manga you are trying to draw is made. Clip paint and blender are you tools. They can't draw either so don't worry about tracing.

left thigh is too long and the pose would look better if you twisted his torso counter clock wise in a way more of the left arm gets hidden behind him like in charging a punch
