Depends on your goals. Looks like you’re going for appeal and you’re on the right track but to sell exaggerations for the sake of style or appeal there should be some grounding in things like anatomy and drapery. Int, the anatomy is good, good job on the hands, the color palette could be more harmonious, maybe tweek the color balance a little bit. I assume you’re not done with the hair shading but it doesn’t follow the lineart in the front so it looks weird, and overall even though the face is in is 3/4 the hair looks like it’s in frontal view (just squash it down a bit on the left and a the top of the head). I would change either the color of the background or the color of the top since they’re too similar, lastly I’m not the biggest fan of the pattern brush you used for the circles, maybe add some hand drawn leaves(?) so it looks more natural

The point of the thread is to tell people how good they are. It's important to be honest about who's bad and who's good. If everyone is just always 0/10 terrible then there's no point to the thread.
This is why the low /beg/ - high /pro/ scale is better than numeric scores. With scores out of 10 there's a natural tendency to use "school grades" where 7/10 is "fine" and 0-5 is all the same level of abject failure, which tends to compress everyone into the upper end of the scale.

The image looks okay as a thumbnail but full-size looks blurry/muddy due to how soft the hard edge shadows are. Use a hard brush to tighten up the direct cast shadows and it’ll help

Mid int, something tells me you're getting used to doing ornament and integrating it on your pieces, not much of a fan of visible photoshop effects seeping through the actual painting, it still has a decent read and appeal, but if it's not the intention you could watch out for that. There are some anatomy issues like on her right upper arm or her general pose (a bit too stiff and unnatural) but that has a simple solution and you likely know what it is, there's no way around it, Marc Brunet has a couple of videos on learning anatomy, I'd suggest watching them, I don't like his art but he knows his anatomy, worth a watch.

There's no coloured pencil in that one, though I have used it. Here which is mostly how I work now is different coloured ballpoint pens which I then alternate with either ink or watercolour that I mix with clear acrylic medium. I build it up in layers so you get a bit of an effect somewhat like watercolour but with acrylic. It's a little similar to egg tempera if you've ever done that but without the hassle of the egg.

For some larger pieces I will use several sheets of watercolour paper to do initial drawings and then paste them all together. This was actually an old piece I never liked part of so I kept the part I did like and made a new painting around it.

I think next time you can do more with the values or shadows and light at the front to make it pop more from the background and add depth, like with the carpel( is it called that? The yellow parts) of the flower could use the same attention as the petals . Great work man.
