At 25 I became crazy because of loneliness (not an incel, had several relations when I was 19 then next 6 years I became a shutin for unknown reasons (probably mental illness), they gave me some pills and it changed me now I don't feel anything anymore. No love or desire for sex, but now at least I live a normal life and go out. Don't worry eventually the human brain adapts and get rid of what it can't get.
