ABR brushes can be imported easily to Krita as brush tips, but the brush settings won't transfer over. You will need to recreate the way the brush handles yourself. Procreate brushes are a little more complicated, as you will need to extract the brush tips and textures by opening the file as a zip file. Brush settings will also not transfer for Procreate. As far as I know, there's no way to get the assets from .sut brushes without owning a copy of CSP.

You shouldn't rely on brush packs, but rather use brush packs as a jumping point to learning to create your own brushes. If you find a brush with an effect you really like, you can just make a copy and edit it to make it thinner or thicker, change pressure sensitivity, etc. It should be noted that different Krita brushes uses different engines, so you can't change one brush using specific engine into another, at least not that I am aware of.

I can share them if somebody knows of a good file hosting site. I bought one pack from gumroad and another one I found through torrents. They're pretty cool but I had to copy another Sai folder to import the brushes from the other pack.

I think the issue with Sai2 is the engine is different and it doesn't recognize the .ini files so I'd have to upload the textures and brush tips and make the brushes manually. The Sai subreddit spoke of an import tool but I can't find it. Kind of a shame since the last stable version of Sai is so old.
