shading has very little character to it, every stroke really wants to look naturalistic but to no avail

Left shoulder looks like it has some sort of deformity, that or she is jutting it out in a painful way for the photo. If this was done using a reference, they probably felt that the mostly-hidden shoulder looked "off" somehow, and deviated from the source material.

Assuming the hairline being so far back was a fashion choice, everything else looks pretty damn solid.

Honestly, the art is just generic semi-realistic anime style.
The poses are generic.
The subjects are generic girls or generic girls from other media.
Which aren't bad things per se; the average consumer cattle loves generic stuff that is repeated at infinitum with a slight color change.

It's better than my work but I'd be miserable if i ever had to shit out that soulless garbage like that while networking and playing nice for imaginary numbers on the internet.
