There's this one artist called kittyplsaaa or dbdkitty who has a "this was a commission" watermark on her posts, but what's the point of even posting it if you're just gonna watermark anyways? A simple signature should be enough. Also if you're worried about your art being stolen and used on a t-shirt, there's plenty of sights you can use to reverse image search to find them.

There are inpainting tools in gimp and Krita but you need college degrees to figure them out as they were made by and for nerds, I'd bet Photoshop has at least 3 of them including an AI one for obvious reasons, but in this case you can just copy/paste part of the bottom panel into the top one.

Your art is nothing more than a bunch of information, and trying to fully police the use and sharing of that information isn't entirely achievable. When you publish anything publicly, you inherently sacrifice a large degree of control over it. The only way to fully control it is to never show it to another human.
Trying to control art is along the same bounds as trying to control music, or some long-form text. The more you control it, the less accessible you make it. What is better, you getting less credit or your work being ruined and staying permanently irrelevant because you're afraid of not being credited for it? Would you rather make something that goes wide and far, seen by hundreds of thousands of people who never learn your name, or is seen by a dozen people who all know it's very much yours?

At some point, it enters cultural consciousness while you're alive and you lose that control. It's nature. When do you want to cut the umbilical cord and say "okay, this now belongs to the world instead of me?" because you can do that before you die or wait until it happens over time. You might have your own personal right to do so, but not a legal one, neither do people break any laws by reposting a work the moment you upload it on any public space.

You have the legal right to report/sue someone for uploading a "protected" work, meaning; work that is behind a paywall or that hasn't being published on any public site or if the work is being misused i.e. sold or used in other projects without your permission;
reuploading isn't part of that.

I could take your work, change some major details, and it would be considered a unique and original piece of art by the law and i'd allowed to sell it without being required to credit you, even when it's a derivative work of a derivative work.
