Where do people go to do art collabs nowadays? Not professionally ofc, I ain't that good.

I use Newgrounds for this. Voice actors, animators, background artists, character designers, musicians, etc, could work on a flash game or animation. If you just want to post illustrations, there's art challenges on Twitter. There was a Cartoon Network pallete (CMYK I think?) challenge recently.

And some of those Twitter challengers actually post their illustrations to Newgrounds, so we've arrived at the beginning again.
