Hey guys, my name is gay toledo jones and I feel that you all should critique more art on the fucking board. You all just sit there stroking your fag cocks over and over again without giving meaninful critique. Please kill yourselves and give me my critique you daft assholes.

stop chicken scratching and zoom out if it helps you to make more confident lines. Draw from the shoulder/elbow and try experimenting with your grip.
Villpu has the best course for beginners imo. He teaches how to convey forms of the body in space which you clearly cannot do. Proportion is another issue in this drawing; the neck doesn't connect to the head properly and the body looks disfigured in general. Again, Vilppu's course/book is an excellent material for human anatomy. The figure looks like it's floating in space, and don't even get me started on the hands.
Your main issue is probably conveying form and perspective. Try to practice simplifying the body into boxes and ovals and try out gesture studies.
