Been drawing for a while and I just can't improve despite many resources, why?

I've used many resources

and many more I probably forgot
Practiced for 6 months, 6 months wasted drawing for little progress, why cant I improve?
4 hours a day minimum of grinding fundies

Cause drawing requires you to see differently, it is a visual language you have to practice.
The difference is you need to learn to see in space, your mouth will not be your medium but rather your hands and eyes, your eyes will be the arrow, the boy your hand.
Focus as you would focus your aims in a ego-shooter.
But don't aim for headshot, you have to aim for the whole object every-part is a fatality-shot, which needs to be triggered at the same time.
