I made the same mistake with using the same email address on multiple sites and sometimes used the same usernames on these sites when I was a kid. I don't think I ever revealed too much information about me. Now I use username and password randomizers and different emails for every account I make and my changing old usernames.

I think the most important thing is to just avoid pissing someone else off enough to want to go through the whole process of doxxing you. But if you somehow ended up being doxxed by Kiwifarm autists you probably deserved it.
