The csp g-pen is literally a circle. Just take the hard round brush and make the pen pressure assigned to size instead of opacity.

Depends on what kind of inking you want to do. Pens would be a hard round with no size jitter, dip pens is hard round or square with a bit of size jitter, and a brush would be hard-ish round with a large amount of size jitter.
Pro tip: Don't use a solid black for ink, it looks unnatural. Give it just a hint of blue or brown. I'd argue that this is more important than the brush itself.

This looks like what you'd get with a set of micron pens.
So basically just a hard round brush with no size jitter, and change the size of the brush to suit the part you're working on.
Only thing missing are the sharp tips of the stroke when you're doing fast lines, like you see on Cells tail. I know CSP has an option to add that to your brush, but I don't know if Photoshop does.
