maybe you're putting too much pressure that whatever you draw needs to be absolutely perfect.the quality of your drawing does reflect your self worth at all. YOU ARE NOT YOUR ART. just get started and take away this uneeded noise In your head. try some blind contour as a warm up just to get your hand moving, it'll deepen your realization that it's okay to make "ugly" art and build a bit of observational skills

I stopped drawing halfway into university. After about a year, I started being able to actually draw but only out of obligation. Wasn't actually enjoying it as I used to anymore. Spent these past 5 years regaining my love for it. Think I'm finally finding it again.

Basically, drawing was an escapist activity for me. Then it became my reality and it fucked with how I saw drawing and dealt with it. If you're burnt out, step back from your state and analyze what might have happened. It's the only suggestion I can make.
