Because there is no community, the only community is probably (I haven't been in it) the discord. You get everyone who would contribute to the conversation talking in there, and very few comments here or on the website, because why would you bother? It's not like back in the heyday of deviantArt or ConceptArt where the biggest instant message thing you had was IRC, which was hard to work and basically only text. Media rich persistent group chats basically kill old fashioned art websites.

For what it's worth, I did not realize this was a community based site when joining. The OP sells it as a LAS alternative/habit tracker. I was actually surprised when I started lurking the threads more and realized there is a community/Discord. I didn't sign up to make my constant Discord ping juggling even more hellish, so I haven't joined and probably won't. I do wish the Discord was more optional as far as interaction goes, but again, I didn't sign up for a community experience in the first place so it's not something I'm about to attempt to fix. I don't personally have the same issue with Discord servers that other anons seem to have. It's far more accessible than building and hosting a site, and it's got everything you need except profiles, which many servers get around by having an introduction channel you can put your social links and whatever else in. The thing that sticks out most to me is the head.
There's a lot going on back there and you just sort of drew the head as if it was a normal 3/4 view.
The range of motion for the head is less than you think.
I think if you tried to redraw the head with more accurate perspective it might fix what looks wrong to you. Study more neck/back trapezius anatomy.
