tl;dr the sense of depth/three-dimensionality in your pic is inconsistent. you've got some major issues because of that - the crater looks more like a pile of rocks, the trees are seemingly growing at different angles, and the river(?) is flowing in an odd direction, to begin with

look at the dude's trident - gets bigger as it gets closer to your viewpoint, smaller as it goes further into the background. that's a decent example of what's meant by 'perspective' - distorting objects in your scene to make them appear 3 dimensional to the observer

your perspectives off a bit but robertson should help that. some video tutorials from ctrl+paint would help too. keep at it, looks pretty awesome.

Where is your light source? The shadows of trees and your characters?
The colors look like they were freshly squeezed out of the tube. Never use the color you buy in a shop always mix, play with them.
There is a lot of white spots all around the background. Fix that. To avoid them all together why not paint the packgroud first and then add your creatures?
The river needs some work too, if you are not confident enough with painting water avoid it or better focus on it and train it. Water is not always blue, it is see through.

there's just way too much happening my dude. take a chill pill, focus on something. Also tangents, tangents, FUCKING TANGENTS! You got your blues next to other blues, and reds next to other reds. It would look a lot better if you removed blue guy.

Paint background, and over lap a little onto your characters,then paint your characters. Your paint is going around them and it really fucks up something you actually do pretty well (Your brushwork and color mixing.)
That's all my dumb ass can tell you, but l let me hop on your dick for a second. your poses and color mixing are pretty good. Your textures are getting there, just need to practice more and you'll be golden.
