the pose looks akward and uncomfortable, i fixed this to a more easy to read pose. proportions are all over the place. there are some areas that are anatomically correct, but that dosnt mean that is appealing. to fix these mistakes you should focus directly in references, using deconstruction and focusing in easy shapes to start.

about hatching, is really inconsistent and out of place, it make the piece look more "dirty" than shaded. check some mangas, and dont let some areas undone.
