Lately there is a lot more bitching, insecurity and drama going on than drawing, even in the big generals. Should be pretty obvious what i think about the current state of artists on here and the absolute state of this board.
It seems that most Anons come here to get attention and praise instead of learning and contributing to the board in a positive manner, and when they don't get what they want, they sperg out and derail threads, bait endlessly and make the board a miserable shithole.
It is pretty common for beginners to behave this way because they can't handle any criticism, but it's getting worse and worse everyday.
This is what the board deevolved into;

>tranny this tranny that
>this artist sucks
>this artist is better than everyone else
>shitposting
>low-quality posts
>non art related discussions
>constant attentionwhoring
>constant drama
>anons that only use the board to spam their socials
>critique that amounts to; i like = good, i don't like = bad
>attacking artists rather than critiquing the work they put out
>if it isn't baseless praise, don't bother
>faggots replying to everyone giving hollow praise
All this shit yet only few draw or post their fucking works.
And every time you post anything here, you have to be fucking careful not to upset some fucking autist since nobody gives a shit about reading shit and only give half-assed, kneejerk reactions.
Those people will never learn anything.

This has been probably said countless times but; /ic/ is the last "good" art "community" still around; Stop shitting where you eat.

Ain't gonna drop names or retards will start getting uppity, but there are a few diamonds in the rough. Most of those anons approach the low-int range.
