If a figure was based on a non fiction person, had realistic proportions, and is recognizable as "x" person we would have a real problem. A good example is Shadman and what transpired after this dumbass started to base his characters from real kids on Youtube and portrayed them in a vulgar manner out of spite coming from his bout of autism sparked outrage and backlash rightfully so despite his figures being stylized they way they are but because he based these figures on a real person that fell in the age group of a minor he got attention from the wrong people.

I dislike how stiff my art is, once I finish everything from drawabox I'm gonna grind poses and gesture for a while. The stiffness on the lineart might also be caused by the brush I use on Sai, I got tired of searching for a lineart brush and just settled with a crappy one I've created. Lets assume I know my basic fundies such as observations, perspective,gesture anatomy, etc is all at the most basic level.
How long will it take me to get to a "decent" level (I.E past /beg/) if I draw for say, 1 hour a day. (I draw for more but its easier to calculate or guess) And that drawing is mainly figure/gesture drawings

The time it would take to draw coom material from imagination after becoming familiar with fundamentals is dependent on how you approach a figure. If you don't know how to start from scratch develop an approach to draw strictly from imagination using basic forms and refine them into more organic forms based on your knowledge of anatomy. It's one thing to familiarize yourself with fundamentals, and another to actually apply them to create a figure based on a concept without copy.

They're supposed to, because you're refining what you've studied and putting it to practice. It becomes easier but it takes time, knowing the bony landmarks and how muscles originate from them, understanding how to keep forms in relationship to each other (the size of the hand from the bottom of the palm to the tip of the middle finger is about the same as the bottom of your chin to the eyebrows) and the use of overlapping forms will help immensely but you must know how these forms interact and behave when there is a pinch or a pull, a compression or a stretch. You wouldn't know which side of the forearm is being turned without the use of the bony landmark from the ulna for example.

I can tell this isn't one of your fullly completed works. I think if you're going to do a less completed work- call it a doodle, whatever- then the painting should be a little less busy. I wouldn't say cartoony, but I'm beg and can't articulate. Try shading the body the same way you shaded the bathing suit top and left hand silhouette I think it'll look less sloppy/uncanny. You could get some good commissions for a niche crowd if you monetized it once you got efficient enough. I think.

What I wanted to achieve is that she looks tall and towering over Aang as if she was 190cm tall (6'3" for burgers) in addition to having some muscle from combat and some fat, not making her 'chubby' but getting close to that... kinda built-fat.

Yeah, i tried to understand what you were going for but the left one seemed like what you wanted to have so i based it on that.
If you wanted to go with the puffy chest, you'd still need to adjust the nipples and the left chest would need to be rounded up to fit the volume of the right one.
Male chests are mostly very firm and barely have any movement.
Bara men chests, from what i could observe, behave the same even if the proportions are exaggerated.
