They're ok.
I have a hard time rating art instruction since people are so damn different. At a certain point I just found some instructors I really vibed with and that helped me a lot. I just think more in the same way as they do so it's easier to grasp the theory and application.

I'm not all there with Proko, but it's not like he's doing anything fraudulent or wrong imho.

Some of Proko's vidoes have really helped me, others did nothing for me.

Still a pretty positive opinion of him altogether though. Stays laser focused on instruction and is pretty good at it.

Honestly, it's really good for knowing the origins and insertions of the muscles. You can combine it with vilpu if you wanna know how to actually draw shit more convincingly. But no one ever seems to go into detail about insertions and origins, which in my opinion is extremely important.

people here specifically shill marshall's $12 perspective course which is just some old college classroom lectures of his recorded from the early 90s, and he mentions it quite a bit himself in the proko videos. i unironically took the b8 and i'm glad i did, they are great videos for a /beg/ and frontload easily digestible information way faster than reading books or even any youtube videos I've seen.
