My bois can one start with drawing right at digital? I got an huion 1060 from an friend and don't want to waste a billion on paper and pencils. So is it a good way to start art by going in with clipstudio and Photoshop? Easier? Harder? I want to draw lews pics like pic

Digital gives you every reason to hump everything into perfection and every tool to do it too. If you have no idea what "good enough" looks like and what's the amount and kind of work to get there, it's going to be painful for many many years.

You can try but it might hurt your motivation since you will have to learn how to draw lines again.

It is easier to draw with paper than on a tablet but if you start with digital first then you wont be bothered by the difference in speed and precision.
I've spent the vast majority of my art career sketching in sketchbooks, but my preferred medium is digital, so right now I'm trying to do more sketching straight in photoshop to minimize that mental gap. If I had spent equal time with both, or even more time digitally then I wouldn't be struggling so much to accept the differences.

You can buy 1500 sheets of paper for $15, pencils and pens can be bought for cheap or scavenged for free. That’s way cheaper than a decent tablet, especially considering you’ll be too shit to take advantage of all of the tools you’re given with digital art anyways

i wish i had told myself these stuff a long time ago. Always use volume even if youre drawing coomart. Look at tutorials when youre boggled and practice it immediately. learn by copying from your favourite artists as much as you want. and maybe if youre good you'd reach a level where it's enjoyable in 1 year
