I can draw just okay enough to collect compliments from normies. One day I will create the greatest Umineko painting and people will kneel to me whenever I enter a room.

I have no idea how to do anything other than copying drawings. I don't know what principles are supposed to guide the placement of lines, so I just put them in semi-random places and hope everything will magically work out, which it never does. No one would be able to guess what most of my drawings are even attempting to depict.

I'm great at making mental measurements, and even my first attempts at copying drawings turned out pretty well. It's a shame I find that utterly boring and pointless.

Here is a few routes you can go when you are lost.

First, teach to learn. Why teaching to learn is important? Because when you teach you actually need to gather and collect your thoughts. You become less lost.

Experimental, always try new things, fail fast and fail more. You must learn to accept defeat and welcome failure.
The more you explore the better you gonna get in the future.

Give yourself time, fail at a single task at least 10 times. Maybe you are drawing 50 protrait heads a day. Do that for 10 times in 10 days. You can either do it for 10 days without rest. Or divide and conquer.

It can be anything, doesnt have to be heads, it can be getting good at archery or drawing hands.
