How to draw cartoons like SLB? I really enjoy his style honestly, coom aside. I know he really likes The Sword in the Stone and that may be an influence, but his more recent stuff has a lot more variation in his exaggerated style.

I would say find female models and try to draw them accurately (you can google "gesture drawing" and "figure drawing" for help with that). When you feel you have some confidence in that, move on to A) perspective and B) how to use muscles and bones to inform your figure (again, for all these google is your friend). These are all just suggestions, as long as you dive into these subjects you will probably end up finding your own way, but for a start that should do

Well ultimately before you learn to stylised something, you have to first understand its original form. You cannot warp when you don't understand the nature of the thing you're warping.

SLB, on top of understanding his structures and anatomy though, has studied a lot from the old illustrative styles of the 60's and 70's, masters like Glen Keane and such. If I had to make any personal recommendations though, on top of studying from real life, look at artists like Tony Fucile (worked on The Iron Giant, The Incredibles) and Paulo Ignez. I'll post some examples of their work from my own collection.
