Most manga is drawn trad. Even today. And yes, that applies to eromanga too, though aI'd probably guess that a larger % of newer eromanga is digital just by virtue of the sheer amount of newbie artists that draw that stuff.
There's fucking mountains of trad "anime" artwork.

When I think of trad anime I think of Fujimoto's scratchy style. I adore it. I also love the markerwork some artists like to do.

Anon, Fujimoto works in digital. Not trying to hide it, either. Just look at pic related, literally default CSP gpen.
You don't get this kind of look if you're drawing loose and quick in trad. Look at HxH's art if you want a direct comparison, since Togashi draws in a similar loose, speed-focused style. He just does so in trad instead of digital, so it looks quite different.
